Robert T. Smith

Love of outdoor life and delight in associating with boys are the qualities that originally led Robert T. Smith into Boy Scout work, then camping. These traits, combined with a firm determination that the excitement and joy of forest, lake and campfire should not be lost to the boys of this century, motivated him to establish Camp Susquehanna.

For almost 50 years Mr. Smith made it his life's work, on a day-long, year-round basis, to provide a wholesome, genuine camping experience for boys.
